Thinking it has to do with discovery in Trumps case. DJT will use many methods - depositions, oral exam, written interrogatories, production of documents etc. to defend himself. Further the various counts appear fairly open ended which means DJT has freedom to explore his defense. I imagine anyone remotely involved in anything to do with those 34 counts might be a little nervous...
