The jesuit method is not bad in itself, but it should be done only in the middle section shown in the sketch: at positive 3D and upwards. This means doing it either in isolation using the guidance of spiritual beings, or by practicing very strictly with someone of the opposite sex. It probably can't be done outside of monasteries or temples, any attempt at spreading it the way "christians" do will lead to the degenerate jesuit effect and the current situation in society.
