The blacknet with Astrabot is functional, a stargate network as been created, connecting a few planets to earth. What's left is to create some space stations with internal reincarnation cycles to serve as proxies/back-up cycles for future stability. Astrabot has a documentation library and automated programs/scripts for creating personalized space stations. For now it'll just be parked high up and out of sight, but you'll be able to visit it as any other place you own using standard astral travel methods (you'll be registered as its owner so technically speaking you only need to shift your awareness to the station).

For now the point is just to have something up there, so that earth as a planet can be treated as advanced and civilized seen from outside. If you want you can have human souls incarnated there as a way to save them from getting thrown away to who the hell knows where. There's also two models of personalized "maids" you can create, indestructible golems who can watch the station. They can also be used to give birth to the souls you gather, as they are fully functional artificial humans. There are two models, the Lolita model who looks more teen and has strong self defense abilities, and the Alice model who looks more adult with house keeping abilities.
