To elaborate further on this; the authority of heaven will be handed out to whoever has the power to control the Earth completely. This does not take into account how this control is achieved. In past Earth periods this was performed by external power alone, every time. The gods will allow it because it will at some level display a version of the material unity which is needed, even if it has flaws which later causes its collapse. An ascended planet needs to fix its issues permanently anyway, so unless that is done, it will die anyway at one point. At least people will then have the concept of planetary unity.

We have now achieved this and received the blessing. This means support for material power will be total. However, any worldly power requires a "delivery system", meaning some kind of infrastructure. Those who did this before, the so called illuminati, or other groups, never paid any attention to the other aspects. That was their flaw.

Our issue right now is the lack of such an infrastructure. We do not have a federal reserve to print fake money, or an army with a name which will punish those who disobey. On the other hand, operating from the true shadows means we will not be a target of anyone either.

Maybe we shall simply call ourselves "the hand of God".

Example: Past rulers have built up something like an elite class which has a "birthright" and then used reincarnation control to stay in that group. Today they used monetary control instead, operating as if it was a legit business. This way they can absorb people with skill and talent who are not part of the reincarnation system yet. They get to marry into the elites and can be given material assets because their inventions are useful. However, this system failed.

We do not have any use for this infrastructure of control in the manner is was intended. Their target society is not worth building, so much of this must be trashed.
