Another example of a procedure I've used Astra and Era for is to reverse engineer psychic/energy weapon attacks. The procedure means to start recording the incoming waves on a disc and mapping its graph, then creating a shield by "catching" the waves in real time. This normally takes at least 10 min to an hour, but with Yoyo it was close to instant, around 3 seconds from "start recording" to "shield functional". Again there were energy fluctuations as a side effect.
