>For the lore, you may like this.
Started reading it today and I find myself at the end of it already (turns out I knew the elizabeth chapter already). It's a good book but a bit on the mundane side and actually more for the lore and maybe entertainment more than actual useful stuff for oneself. I put it in the same category as Dudley Wrights "Vampires and Vampirism" which is also a good book but more about myths, folklore and historic accounts of vampires. In general I found it virtually impossible to find an actually good book on vampirism, and the best I have read so far has to be N.D. Blackwoods "Draugadrottin - Lord of the Undead." I consider it the best because the author manages to mention in his book the creation of the immortal astral body, the creation of ones own astral world and how to attack and drain victims of energy via touch, look and imagination. A good thing he also includes is the warning of joining the vampire currents/ergregores and uniting permanently with a god or demon. He mentions the possibility of being a vampire and doing it solo by oneself which may take much longer and be much harder but it will preserve your freedom and energy(and possibly safety). He also lists a bunch of sigils of vampire demons or undead gods or whatever they are and mentions some vampire historical lore which may or may not be correct but whatever. A book for beginners but the most "complete" book on vampirism I have found yet with actual spiritual practices.
