In regards to the orange energy, I didn't think about asking this right away but...

This sounds rather harsh, but I don't know what exactly this means. Does enduring physical pain, lifting weights at the gym or breathing exercises create this energy? I do wonder a bit how I got this energy.
Also does it have any significance or can it be used to turn it into more gong? It almost does look like it is transmuted into gong at the very core of it as it turns from orange to red.
