The circle now looks like this. Every time they try to restart it, the energy is absorbed by my magic circle instead when it reaches the halfway point. It's the exact same "disturbance" I would experience from my computer speakers, but it happens when I'm off the computer now, and it's no longer disturbing, because the energy is transformed into pure energy through the magic I activated.

I also had a sudden vision of a cargo ship by the western border of the EU unloading boxes with frozen dead babies in them. From what I assume they are using them to feed this system by burning them in some "occult" ritual which harvests some energy type. Didn't look yet where they are getting them from.
