Forneus did manage to show me how this is solved in another form, but that was a bit too astral to directly effect this issue, it needs to be translated into the physical in some way. Astra just showed the "most common" solution, which means to say that people in general don't have access to such a method at all in any form, if this is how it's normally done. I guess it would be easier for women, if they had the will power to do it.
