How does your aversion to getting touched go with grappling type martial arts?
The only thing I ever semi-seriously did was Krav Maga with some Ex-Mossad guys because learning from the Jew means learning to win. It was well- made and very practical. That's no sport after all. But I'm not cut for fighting. Weak, slow, low dexterity, no spatial awareness, zero aggression potential. My strongest defense is staying away from subhumans and being able to run quite fast for my age.
