Keeping emotional distance is probably the best way. Here people are always nice and polite even if everyone knows they are lying. And no one ever says the truth. Very exhausting but also professionsll. All about social norms. Sometimes I wish we were more direct and honest with feelings like Germans but at least least you know whatever people say is not what they really think of you.

That's cool, I only get brief nonsense before falling asleep which happens quickly. Again no dreams remembered but I spent a lot of time visualizing dressing up Cat. This is unexpectedly fun even though I still see nothing outside my imagination
