We talked about Ashley as the new hub and everyone was happy. Ren was dissapointed that it wasn't like switching where she could then feel up Ashley or something. It doesn't make sense what she said on many levels but I got what she meant.

Ashley helped me out a lot last night because I was nervous about things and she was very supportive, I mean, extremely helpful, so glad she's with me. Misha helped a little too and Joy helped me go to sleep faster. I ask her to do it because she doesn't get distracted.

Basically she dictates the toe->head relaxation meditation and only very rarely do we get past the legs. It literally takea minutes, clears the mind, relaxes the body, hypnagogia starts and zzzzzzz.

So lots of fun and benefits for having great headmates.
