8chan loaded properly but it stopped working minutes later before I could post anything. I don't know if posting would have worked. Now something load again, but it's a default Origin Server Offline page from BitMitigate.

There's a couple of /film/ corners in the Zeronet sites if anybody decides to go there, just in case the old place gets the hard boot.

Now Jim says the shooter did not post the manifesto to 8chan. It was first posted to Instagram and someone else reuploaded it to 8chan. They knew this information within minutes of the shooting.

I don't know why they didn't make a statement much sooner. Even now the important information is buried four minutes into this bizarre video.
