The Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation announced on Tuesday that it will be returning a 2016 pledge linked to the Chinese government. The foundation said in a statement that it would return a $200,000 donation.

The Foundation stated in a release: "The Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation has learned in recent days through the media that there was a potential connection between the Chinese government and a 2016 pledge of $200,000 to be received by the Foundation.

"As an independent, non-partisan charity, ethics and integrity are among our core values and we cannot keep any donation that may have been sponsored by a foreign government and would not knowingly do so.

"In light of these recent allegations, the Foundation has refunded to the donor all amounts received with respect to the donation pledge," the statement concluded.

The Globe and Mail reported that an unnamed national security source gave information that the Chinese government influenced Justin Trudeau after he became leader of the Liberals. Beijing instructed a Chinese billionaire to donate $1 million to the Trudeau Foundation in 2014, and that he would be reimbursed in full by the CCP.

The source also says that a second wealthy Chinese businessman donated to the Trudeau foundation in 2016.

There’s the old joke that a “gaffe” is when a politician accidentally tells the truth. In a similar vein, we might say that a “limited hangout” is when the media accidentally tells the truth, or otherwise draws attention to a deeply subversive and forbidden topic.
There are few topics darker and more uncomfortable than the full account of the Oklahoma City Bombing. For a long time, many in the know believed that the American people simply couldn’t handle some of the disturbing questions that arise when one scrutinizes the dubious official account of that tragic day in America’s history — at the time, the worst terror attack on American soil.
For a primer, we invite readers to consult the documentary “A Noble Lie.” We don’t vouch for everything in the documentary, but it is as good a place to start as any:
One of the many gruesome aspects of the Oklahoma City Bombing saga is the tale of Terrance Yeakey, a police officer and first responder to the OKC attack, who died under very mysterious circumstances — a likely case of an American hero who was “suicided” for knowing too much.
Discussion of the OKC bombing in a critical context, and especially discussion of the dark and mysterious fate of Terrance Yeakey, has long been relegated to the underground realms of the alternative media — those alleys where you may find completely crazy information, but you also just might find the truth (which may also happen to be crazy). But then something strange happened—CNN of all places did a long profile of Terrance Yeakey that at least entertains the idea that he was murdered as part of a larger cover-up of the truth of OKC.
This story is about one of those people. His name was Terry Yeakey. He was an Oklahoma City police officer and a military veteran. Yeakey saved at least three people from the ruins of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, the day a terrorist attack killed 168 people and injured hundreds of others.
Something happened to Yeakey in those hours in the wreckage. He was badly shaken, and his worldview seemed to change. In time, he grew suspicious and afraid. He ran afoul of his supervisors. He went on secret missions, withholding his motives and plans from fellow officers. He seemed to be conducting his own investigation.
And then, 385 days after the bombing, his body was found near some trees in a field off a country road.
His wrists were cut.
His neck was cut.
He’d been shot through the head.
The authorities said it was suicide. But among those who knew Terry Yeakey, not many believed he had killed himself.
In a recent interview, his sister Lashon Hargrove said this:

The CNN report is, astonishingly, actually a proper work of investigative journalism. It has numerous accounts that contradict and call into question the ridiculous official narrative that Yeakey committed suicide:
Brandon Spann, now an administrative assistant at the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office, played basketball with Yeakey and knew many of the same people Yeakey knew. He said that in the Black community of El Reno, a town northwest of Oklahoma City where Yeakey grew up, the official story never took hold.
“No one believed that he killed himself,” Spann said.
Three of Yeakey’s fellow Oklahoma City police officers also shared their doubts in interviews with CNN.
Jim Ramsey won a medal for bravery on the day of the bombing and had previously patrolled the streets with Yeakey. Here’s how he responded in late 2022 when asked if he believed what the authorities said about Yeakey’s death.
“No,” Ramsey said. “I guess I don’t.”
“I still don’t believe Terry did it,” said Steve Vassar, one of Yeakey’s closest friends on the force. “I have just a hard time believing that Terry would take his life.”
Don Browning served the Oklahoma City PD for 28 years and helped with Yeakey’s initial police training. Here’s what Browning said about Yeakey: “I still think he was murdered.”
They found blood in Yeakey’s car. But no autopsy was conducted on his body
A CNN investigation found several anomalies surrounding Yeakey’s death, along with a lack of transparency by the authorities.
Although Yeakey apparently died from a gunshot wound to the head, no autopsy was performed. Medical examiners can sometimes choose not to perform an autopsy when suicide is suspected and the cause of death is not in dispute, according to Dr. Joyce deJong, president of the National Association of Medical Examiners. But three former law-enforcement officials familiar with the Yeakey case said they thought an autopsy should have been done.
When asked why there was no autopsy on Yeakey, an Oklahoma City Police Department spokesman, Master Sgt. Gary Knight, referred a reporter to the state medical examiner’s office, whose director of operations, Kari Learned, wrote, “Our office does not answer case specific questions.”

One wonders why CNN is bothering to resurrect this story at all? Given CNN’s status as the Regime’s media mouth piece, this question is even more puzzling. After all, one of the chief “mop up men,” responsible for covering up and managing the OKC narrative is none other than Biden’s current Attorney General Merrick Garland
Has the unraveling of the Fedsurrection narrative opened the door to a much overdue reassessment of what really happened in Oklahoma City? We think so. And perhaps the Regime realizes this, and is trying to get ahead of the story.

'Terror is still with us': Attorney General Garland returns for Oklahoma City bombing anniversary

"In a visit steeped in symbolism, Garland, who oversaw the prosecution of bomber Timothy McVeigh and accomplice Terry Nichols, marked the 26th anniversary of the most deadly domestic assault in U.S. history, offering a stark reminder that the brand of terror unleashed by the bombers is "still with us."

"It is now 26 years since the bombing, and it is as surprising to me as it is to you that I am now the attorney general of the United States," Garland said. "Although many years have passed, the terror perpetrated by people like Timothy McVeigh is still with us."
Garland's remarks come just more than three months after the deadly siege of the U.S. Capitol – a stunning assault that has highlighted a reinvigorated domestic extremist movement. As in Oklahoma City more than two decades ago, Garland now oversees a far-reaching investigation into the siege that has so far resulted in charges against more than 400 people."

"During his confirmation hearing earlier this year, he cited the Oklahoma City bombing as he prepared to lead the massive inquiry into the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, referring to both attacks as attempts by enemies within to undermine the federal government.
"I supervised the prosecution of the perpetrators of the bombing of the Oklahoma City Federal Building, who sought to spark a revolution that would topple the Federal Government," Garland told lawmakers in February. "If confirmed, I will supervise the prosecution of white supremacists and others who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, a heinous attack that sought to disrupt a cornerstone of our democracy, the peaceful transfer of power to a newly elected government."

"Louis Jolyon West seems to have used chemicals and hypnosis liberally in his medical practice, possibly leading to the death of a child and the execution of an innocent man."

THE CIA SEEMS to have pared MKUltra back in the mid-’60s, according to congressional testimony and surviving financial records, but Jolly West’s government-funded research continued apace. Late in the fall of 1966, West arrived in San Francisco to study hippies and LSD. Tall, broad, and crew cut, with an all-American look in keeping with his military past, he cobbled together a new wardrobe and started skipping haircuts. He secured a government grant and took a yearlong sabbatical from the University of Oklahoma, nominally to pursue a fellowship at Stanford, although that school had no record of his participation in a program there.
When he arrived in Haight-Ashbury, West was the only scientist in the world who’d predicted the emergence of potentially violent “LSD cults” such as Charles Manson’s Family. In a 1967 psychiatry textbook, West had contributed a chapter called “Hallucinogens,” warning students of a “remarkable substance” percolating through college campuses and into cities. LSD was known to leave users “unusually susceptible and emotionally labile.” It appealed to alienated kids who would crave “shared forbidden activity in a group setting to provide a sense of belonging.”
Acid, he wrote, made people more difficult to hypnotize; it was better to pair hypnosis with long bouts of isolation and sleep deprivation.
Another of his papers, 1965’s “Dangers of Hypnosis,” foresaw the rise of dangerous groups led by “crackpots” who hypnotized their followers into violent criminality. He cited two cases: a double murder in Copenhagen committed by a hypno-programmed man, and a “military offense” induced experimentally at an undisclosed U.S. Army base. (It’s not at all clear that the latter referred to Shaver’s killing of Chere Jo Horton.)

In the Haight, West arranged for the use of a crumbling Victorian house on Frederick Street, where he set up what he described as a “laboratory disguised as a hippie crash pad.” The “pad” opened in June 1967, at the dawn of the summer of love. According to records in West’s files, his “crash pad” was funded by the Foundations Fund for Research in Psychiatry, Inc., which had bankrolled a number of his other projects, too, across decades and institutions. Dr. Gordon Deckert, West’s successor as chair at the University of Oklahoma, told me that he found papers in West’s desk that revealed that the Foundations Fund was a front for the CIA.
