Once you start doing things you get into a habit of continuing to do more and more, laziness is just another addictive habit, just like working. The more you do nothing the more you'll be inclined to keep doing nothing, and vice versa when you start completing tasks. Discipline.

Just ditch smartphones, you don't need an internet connection everywhere you go. That is what gets people hooked. Buy a flip phone, they are still available, it will force you to make calls or text but you won't be glued to it 24/7. Once you get used to being offline more than you are online everything gets easier.
