This is a "release" of a self-replicating system, so you don't have to do anything if you don't want to.

The purpose of this is to activate a program which adapts to each person and leads them to find the most suitable path of karma elimination, virtue creation and gong development within themselves.

I've already performed a mass ritual for its activation and it should be spreading "spirit to spirit" on the astral as is. All kinds of races were participating in the initiation ritual, including humanoid and non humanoid aliens and other-dimensionals (though shoggoths and other monster types had to appear in humanoid form for the ritual).

If you want to do this actively, I find the most effective activation method is the jalandhara bandha, throat lock. It is performed by breathing in to the fullest, while keeping moderate control/tension of your abs and lower body and your head slightly tipped back. Then tip your head forward pressing your chin towards your chest as you swallow, pressing the tongue up and holding your breath. Hold until it starts getting painful and you are "forced" to start breathing again. This will lead to a breath outwards when you really want to breath in, prolonging the hold a bit longer. Try to breath out slowly.

You can do this standing straight with palms joined in front of your chest or sitting in lotus position with palms upwards, hands on your thighs.

If you mentally decide that this one process is enough to activate/initiate, it will work. This process can create an inner sun through one breath cycle if performed with full focus.

Setting your mind to use the form of the already performed ritual will sync you with its egregore and lead you through the activation. The rest is an automatic process where your mind will simply be lead to find the things you need naturally.

The sigil is just a pointer, no need to focus on it, just look at it and then recall its form as you do the throat lock.
